Boekentoren Gent

2021

Karin Borghouts was invited to photograph the beautifully renovated and still empty interiors of De Boekentoren (book tower) in Ghent. Designed in the 1930s by the Belgian architect Henry van de Velde, it has housed the Ghent university library since 1942. The renovation and expansion was designed by Robbrecht en Daem architecten.
